  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3 - 5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
  2. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. This is because every product is tailor made from according to customer specifications. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before finalising their purchase.
  4. Tracking Information: Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows customers to track their package's progress and estimated delivery date through our website or the shipping carrier's website.
  5. Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to the following countries: Saint Kitts and Nevis; Antigua and Barbuda (member of the Commonwealth of Nations); Toroke; French Polynesia Western Sahara; Palestine; India; Macedonia; Montenegro; Eritrea; Congo (Kinshasa) Svalbard (Norway); Tokelau; Zanzibar (Tanzania); Bouvet Island (Norway) British Indian Ocean Territory; French Southern and Antarctic Territories; Heard Island and McDonald Islands (Australia) Åland Islands; Saint Barthelemy (France). Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. In case of incorrect or insufficient address details, we may not be able to deliver the package and additional charges may apply for reshipment.
  6. Remote area issue: It will take more time to ship to remote areas, some areas maybe need 2-3 months for delivery. We can’t provide any guarantee for remote address delivery. You can go to the shipping company’s official website to check if the address belongs to remote areas or not.
  7. Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and may be collected upon delivery.
  8. Delivery will be complete once we have delivered the goods in question to the address you gave us (or any alternative address that you have agreed that we may leave the goods at). If no-one is available at the address to take delivery, the courier will leave you a note to this effect, in which case you should re-arrange delivery.


We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as poor weather conditions or labour disputes at the delivery service providers that we use.

The goods become your responsibility once delivery has been completed.
